We're shaking up the industry a bit by bringing affordable Enterprise level CRM, ERP, Website and eCommerce platforms to the Small and Medium business market, and we're looking for someone willing to partner with us on our journey to growth.
The role does not offer a set salary, but instead an entry as a partner who is focused on sales. The role is commission structured on a recurring basis with extremely generous rates that ensure you grow along with us.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking and referrals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations in conjunction with sales engineering team
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients, focusing on adding value to and putting the client first
- Collaborate with the head of marketing to create targeted marketing campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions in company CRM system
Must Have
- A growth mindset and a desire to sell solutions that benefit both the business and the client, with focus on value-add for clients
- Strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills with the ability to be on the calls you say you will be on
- Native written and spoken English language skills is a must as you'll be working with US clients
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team amongst a globally distributed staff
- A strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets and a desire to continue to grow
Nice to have
- Experience in selling technical consulting and SaaS services
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems
